Our customer care center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday to answer all your calls and e-mails. We will promptly answer any Sunday requests on Monday morning. Our teams start working at 8:30 a.m. You can choose your appointments at 8:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and the last one at 4:00 p.m. if time allows. Please understand these times are approximate, and may vary, by half an hour
