Detail all woodwork and clean all glass and mirrors. Dust walls, high ledges, light fixtures and air ducts. Dust baseboards, plug covers and light switches. Polish handrails. Dust and clean reception area. Vacuum carpeted areas. Clean and mop floor tiles.
Dining Area Clean all tables, chairs and barstools. Detail all woodwork and clean all glass and mirrors. Dust baseboards, doors, doorknobs, plug covers and light switches. Polish handrails. Dust window sills and frames. Clean appliances, hoods and vents. Polish stainless steel and plumbing fixtures. Wash and shine counter tops. Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets, drawers and shelves. Clean all sinks and drains. Clean refrigerator and ice bins. Vacuum all carpeted areas. Machine clean tile floors and seal upon request.
Kitchen Area Clean appliances, hoods and vents. Polish all stainless steel and plumbing fixtures. Wash and shine counter tops. Clean all sinks, drains and ice bins. Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets, drawers and shelves. Clean storage closets. Clean all walk-in refrigerators and freezers including metal shelving. Clean and mop floor tile. Machine clean tile floors and seal upon request.
Restrooms Clean fixtures and chrome fittings. Clean and disinfect toilets. Wash walls, partitions and doors. Clean mirrors and polish hardware. Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets, drawers and shelves. Clean all sinks and drains. Clean storage closets. Clean and mop tile floor. Machine clean tile floors and seal upon request.
Offices Area Dust all chairs, desks, tables, filing cabinets and other furniture. Clean telephones and dust office machines. Vacuum and wipe down all cabinets, drawers and shelves. Dust baseboards, plug covers, switches, doors and ledges, light switches and light fixtures. Vacuum carpeted areas. Clean and mop floor tiles. Machine clean tile floors upon request
Construction Clean-up Rough Phase:
Phase One: Framing Rough Clean Remove all wood and debris from interior, around exterior perimeter and in courtyard of unit. Stack all lumber in front of each house to be placed in dumpster. Sweep for framing inspection after electricians and plumber (one sweep).
Phase Two: Box Out Rough Clean Remove all roofing debris, including clay tile, nails, paper and pallets from perimeter of unit. Finish rough clean(one sweep).
Phase Three: Painting Rough Clean Remove all wood debris generated from cabinets and finish carpentry. Remove all ceramic tile and/or marble slab and tile, including boxes, wrappers, etc. from interior and exterior of unit. Sweep entire interior and exterior of unit. Sweep and scrape entire interior of unit (not including windows). Remove all boxes, paper and debris from interior of unit, outer perimeter and courtyard of unit.
Phase Four: Box Out Cleaning For Inspection Rough Clean Wash interior window glass. Wash exterior window glass and exterior window sash. Pick up and throw out packing cases and sweep after plumbers and electricians finish. Scrape and sweep for carpet pad. Pick up building debris ahead of finish grade. Sweep garbage. Clean for inspection and acceptance to include: a.) Wash plumbing fixtures and remove labels from sinks, bathtubs, showers, commodes, mirrors in lavatories, kitchen and bathrooms. b.) Dust cabinets, closets, base, window sills, window and door tracks, fireplace and exterior of appliances. c.) Clean counter tops. d.) Sweep and mop floor tile.
Construction Clean-Up Final Phase:
Entry Clean entry doors, ledges and doorknobs, clean and mop tile, linoleum or vinyl floors, clean and Endust wood floors.
Living & Dining Rooms Dust outside of fireplaces and hearth. Vacuum inside of fireplaces. Clean glass inside/outside. Dust and polish handrails. Dust window sills and sliders. Clean sliding glass door tracks.
Hallways Dust plugs and switches throughout house. Clean out heater and cabinet. Dust stairway railing.
Kitchen Clean appliances, hoods and vents. Polish plumbing fixtures. Wash and shine counter tops. Vacuum and wipe down cabinets and drawers. Clean sinks. Check garbage disposal for foreign objects. Dust out storage closet. Dust lighting and ceiling. Mop vinyl, tile or linoleum floors. Clean oven and dishwasher. Check under stove top.
Bedrooms Dust window sills and sliders. Dust closets and drawers. Clean mirrored wardrobe doors where applicable.
Bathrooms Clean toilets, bathtubs, showers and enclosures. Polish plumbing fixtures. Clean out cabinets and drawers. Clean counter tops and sinks. Clean mirrors. Clean medicine cabinets. Mop floors. Check and dust lighting fixtures.
Garage and Sidewalks Sweep and hose down any debris.
General Clean spider webs from outside entry. Dust baseboards. Detail all woodwork. Clean high ledges where seen from second story. Dust all doors, doorknobs, plug covers and switches. Wash all windows inside and out. Vacuum all carpeted areas. Vacuum and clean all window tracks. Check detail in hidden areas and clean where needed. Wipe clean front door and wash threshold.
